What checks do you carry out on candidates?
Where appropriate for the role, we verify key documentation such as Right to Work, driving licence details, Driver CPC, digital tachograph card, employment history and references. Additional compliance checks can be coordinated based on your specific requirements.

No. For permanent recruitment, our fees are only payable upon the successful placement of a candidate, in accordance with our Terms of Business.

Yes. We offer a 90-day replacement promise on permanent placements, subject to our Terms of Business. If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period, we'll carry out one replacement search at no additional recruitment fee.
